3/4th cup brandy
1 cup apple cider
1 cup diced apple slices

Empty the bottle of spiced red wine into a large pitcher. Slowly add the brandy, then the apple cider. Stir, and then add the diced apples to the mixture. Let the mixture sit overnight to intensify in flavour before serving.
IRISH COFFEE
Who doesn’t love coffee?! Always a good pick-me-up. Even better with some good old Irish whiskey. Preferably Jameson. =)
If you don’t have access to Irish whiskey, just add any, it’ll be just as awesome.
Ingredients:
Your favourite coffee
1 oz. (a shot glass) of Jameson Irish whiskey. Or any whiskey works.
1 teaspoon brown sugar
Whipped cream
Chocolate or cinnamon toppings

Brew hot coffee. Add whiskey and brown sugar (add or reduce depending on sweetness preference) into the coffee. Finish with a dollop of whipped cream. Add your chocolate/cinnamon toppings to garnish.
SPIKED APPLE CIDER
Apple juice with alcohol! What could me more perfect. Bittersweet blend of yum.
Ingredients:
4 oz. ginger beer
¼ oz. fresh lime juice
2 oz. apple cider
Directions:
Combine the apple cider, rum and lime juice in a glass. Stir.
Add the ginger beer. Top with a lime wedge, if you like.
RASPBERRY MARTINI
A martini is always classy! Add some spunk to the drink by adding some raspberries. That and a dash of lemon? Heavenly.
Ingredients:
1 ½ parts raspberry flavoured vodka
1 part fresh lemon juice
1 part triple sec
6 fresh raspberries
Mint leaves
Directions:
Pour vodka, lemon juice, triple sec and 3 fresh raspberries into a shaker over ice and shake vigorously. Strain into martini glass with 3 remaining raspberries in bottom of glass and garnish with mint leaves.
CRANBERRY GINGER FIZZ
This one may be a little work to put together, but trust me, it’s worth it. Sweet, refreshing and delicious, this gin based drink is going to wow all your guests.
Ingredients
1 cup sugar syrup
1 cup fresh cranberries
Lemon wedges
Orange slices
1 ½ cups of dry gin
1 cup of ginger ale
Mint sprigs
Directions:
Heat the syrup until it’s boiling, add the cranberries and simmer until they begin to burst, then remove from the heat.
Add to a large pitcher and muddle with the lemon wedges and orange slices. Stir in the gin, and allow it to steep, then strain into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake.
Fill four glasses with ice and a 1/4 cup of ginger ale, then strain the gin mixture on top, and garnish with cranberries and mint.
