Just a few weeks ago I was complaining about pre-wedding shoots and how I am bored of seeing the same thing every other day. I am sure the Internet heard me, cause a very cute pre-wedding shoot video was waiting in our DMs. Forget cute, it was stunning! Ghungroo played in the background and the couple seemed to be oblivious to the rest of the world. Ayushi and Ankit certainly wowed me with their pre-wedding shoot that took place in Italy!
Ayushi and Ankit attended the same B-school. The first time Ayushi noticed him was in the college night mess. She had heard a lot about him from all their common friends and everyone had an amazing opinion about him. Somehow that night they ended up sitting at the same table with a common set of friends. “I personally like to think he was hooked since then, but truthfully we really started talking after college was over,” says Ayushi.
Ankit came up with the idea of a breathtaking pre-wedding shoot along the Amalfi Coast in Italy. A lover of adventurous and crazy things, Ankit opposed the idea of conforming to the cliches and opting for romantic shoots. He describes the idea as ‘Matargashti’, fun and unique. On the other hand, Ayushi was looking for a proper Bollywood love song. So they went to Jodi Clickers and they came up with the perfect blend of both!
Ayushi and Ankit continue to sing praises for their photographers, Jodi Clickers. “It was a team of four from their side and all of them were the friendliest people you will ever meet. It felt more like a family vacation rather than something stressful. We actually faced quite a bit of technical issues but they were always on point and accommodating. I felt they brought out the best in us!” says the bride.
Ankit took advantage of an extra day in hand and planned a super cute proposal for Ayushi. He went down on one knee right in front of the Trevi fountain in Rome. Ayushi could barely contain her happiness when she told us, “He got me the perfect dress, the perfect ring and the perfect words for this. It was the most romantic thing ever!”
Meanwhile I can’t afford a pre-wedding shoot in Lonavala!
