Birthday Special: 8 Best Salman Khan Songs to add to Your Wedding Playlist

It’s 27th December and that means one thing – no, I don’t mean that 2020 is 5 days away. It is Salman Khan’s  birthday!

Call him Salman Khan, Sallu or bhai, there is no denying that his magnetic personality has raked in hundreds of thousands of followers much unlike his contemporaries. No more is it just Eid; it is Salman Khan’s movie release date. Moreover, if you have ever been able to pay a visit to Gaiety Galaxy on the day his movie releases, you will be able to experience first-hand just how much his fans idolise him.

He has been a part of the Hindi film industry for 30 years and we have seen him in some incredible movies. May it be the storyline, songs or simply his presence, Salman Khan has left us in awe in numerous ways. No wedding is complete if the couple and guests don’t dance their hearts out to various Salman Khan songs. On his 54th birthday, let’s take a look at some of the best songs that Salman Khan has blessed his audience with and should be added to your wedding playlist as well:

Saajan ji Ghar Aaye – Kuch Kuch Hota Hai

OMG, I cannot tell you the countless hours I spent listening to this song and dancing along as it aired on TV. Kuch Kuch Hota is one of my all-time favourite movies and to top it up, Salman Khan as Aman was extremely lovable since his first appearance in the movie with Saajan ji Ghar Aaye.

Chunnari Chunnari – Biwi No. 1

Agreed, the lyrics are nothing great but there is no denying that the tune is very catchy. Like it or hate it, is one such Salman Khan song that is going to be your earworm for the entire day.

Aankhon ki Gustakhiyan – Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam

This movie is loaded with evershining gems when it comes to music. It was a difficult flip decision between Aankhon ki Gustakhiyan and Chaand Chupa Badal Mein but after  much consideration, it has to be the former. #nohate #sorrynotsorry

Oonchi Hai Building – Judwaa

Salman Khan and Anu Malik immortalised this song in such a great way that no number of remakes or remixes can match up to the original. It is peppy, fun and can get you up on your feet and grooving in no time!

Oh Oh Jaane Jaana – Pyar Kiya Toh Darna Kya

Imagine the groom dancing to this song during the Sangeet ceremony – quite the hit, right? From his enviable abs to strumming the guitar to making that hook step so iconic, Salman Khan won everybody’s heart.

Pehla Pehla Pyaar Hai – Hum Aapke Hai Kaun

Salman Khan and Madhuri Dixit make such a cute pair in this movie and this song is perfect for the couple who love a fair dose of cheesy romance in their lives. But if you  go to see, all songs from this movie are perfect for your wedding playlist!

Tenu Le Ke Main Jawanga – Salaam-e-Ishq

The movie was absolute rubbish but the songs were and this one definitely took the cake. It had everything that you could expect from a typical Bollywood song – extra, extravagant and of course, Salman Khan!

Tere Mast Mast Do Nain – Dabangg

The Salman and Sonakshi compatibility in this song and the movie really dil ka le gaye chain. This song must be considered by couples for their couples Sangeet performance or even for their first dance as newly-weds at the Reception!
