Everything that went inside the star-studded Engagement of Akash Ambani and Shloka Mehta!

It was back in March 2018 that Akash Ambani popped ‘the question’ to girlfriend and childhood friend Shloka Mehta in a very intimate get-together in Goa. And right after 3 months, the couple officially got engaged last night at Mukesh and Nita Ambani’s Mumbai residence, Antilia. I’m sure the pictures are still blowing up your social media feed. 😛

In case you missed it, the couple had kickstarted their celebrations earlier this week with a pre-engagement mehandi ceremony, and then a grander pre-engagement sangeet. So, it comes as no surprise that for Akash Ambani and Shloka Mehta’s official engagement ceremony, the Ambani’s and Mehta’s went all out. Which also meant the guest list included more stars than any of the events before. From the Bachchans to Nandas to Kapoors to Jjo, Alia Bhatt, Rani Mukherjee, to the next gen of Bollywood, everyone graced the night with their presence. Akash Ambani and Shloka Mehta:

Bride-to-be Shloka Mehta’s lehenga choices this week have been all about keeping it elegant. And for her engagement, she took the pastel route yet again and looked her stunning self.

Shloka Mehta chose a heavily embellished Abu Jani Sandeep Khosla lehenga, with a floral choli and sheer dupatta. She completed the look with minimal makeup and diamond jewelry.

The groom-to-be – Akash Ambani complemented her in a maroon Raghavendra Rathore bandhgala.

Nita and Isha Ambani:

Isha Ambani posed with her mommy dearest and bhabhi-to-be in am Abu Jani Sandeep Khosla pink floral lehenga. Looks like the three ladies planned on complementing each other’s looks.

How stunning is Neeta Ambani looking in a powder blue heavily embellished saree? Loving the floral embellishment on it!

Isha chose a change of outfit for the after party. She opted for a silver lehenga, completely embroidered with vibrant pink and yellow blooms by Abu Jani Sandeep Khosla itself.

Joining them on the happy occasion were family Anil and Tina Ambani, both dressed in white. Tina Ambani complemented her ivory anarkali with a layered ruby necklace for the evening.
