WedCraze – The Only Wedding Planning App You’ll Ever Need

So you’ve found your better half, finalised your wedding date, booked your venue and invited all your guests. Now what? How it works:

WedCraze allows you to manage your guests and keep them updated about everything in real time. It serves as one platform for you to share key info, all your guests to share photos, get to know each other, have an itinerary of the wedding events, and much more. All you need to do is register yourself on the app, ask your guests to download it and join your wedding (on the app).

Guestlist:

The app has a ‘guestlist’ feature that allows your guests to RSVP by joining your wedding and adding themselves onto this list. RSVP-ing has never been easier!
What’s more is they get to chat among themselves, get to know each before the big day, decide who’s bringing what and other important stuff that needs attention. (No more worrying about getting two boxes of the same dinner set.)

Announcements:

The WedCraze app has a section called ‘Alerts’ where you can broadcasts announcements to everyone who is attending the wedding. The best part is everyone gets the memo in one shot, as opposed to repeating the info many times through many messages.
Mehndi postponed by an hour? Group photography happening by the lawns? Groom lost his shoe? This is where you let them know.

Gallery:

The app has a gallery section where anyone who has joined a particular wedding can view all photos. They can also upload your wedding photos from their account for the rest of the guests to see and for you to save. All your photos in one place!

Events:

 Add your entire wedding itinerary to the ‘events’ section. From Day 1 to Day 3/4/5, keep your guests updated on what is happening and when. The app also sends out reminders to each of your guests before the events.

Key Contacts:

Know who to contact in case you need to ask a question or two. The ‘key contacts’ feature lists the contacts of everyone involved in making the wedding happen. Example: Father of the bride, wedding photographer, etc.

Your Love Story:

A page dedicated to the couple and their fairy-tale love story. Whether it’s a love marriage or an arranged marriage, every story has its charm. This section tells just that. The guests get to read up on how you met, fell in love and any other detail you want to include in this page.
