Mohit & Anna Ludhiana : This Punjabi munda and firang kudi’s big fat wedding celebration is a must-see!

The Story

A wedding across continents, cultures and customs, Mohit and Anna tied the knot in Ludhiana. The wedding was a traditional Hindi wedding and it seemed like everyone was having a blast!

Their Story..

The two met while studying at a University in New Zealand and love blossomed between them in a ‘filmy style’.

While Mohit originally belonged to Ludhiana, Anna had never even visited India before she got hitched. He caught a glimpse of her at the campus library and then there was no turning back!

The Punjabi munda started visiting the library more often to see her more. One day in 2015, he mustered up some courage and told her his feelings without wasting more time. From hello to phone calls to dates to love, it all happened, almost magically. They soon decided to get married and their parents welcomed this decision. The wedding took place following Hindu customs and traditions at Ludhiana and Anna visited India with her close family.

The Wedding..

The couple enjoyed their wedding to the fullest and the pictures speak for themselves! Their family and friends looked absolutely delighted. Anna’s family was intrigued being a part of a traditional ‘Big Fat Indian Wedding’. A couple of pre-wedding ceremonies preceded the wedding, which was a rather intimate affair, following which was the reception. Anna adorned beautiful and gorgeous lehengas on all occasions-pink, pastel and stunning plum colour. Mohit flaunted some subtle and dapper kurtas and bandhgala sherwanis. The decor was traditional, minimalistic and flattering!
