Ishan & Pranati Kolkata : This gorgeous bride broke the internet with her unconventional mehendi outfit!

Pranati, the gorgeous fashion designer bride left everyone drooling with her gorgeous pink fusion outfit and her dance moves.

The Wedding Festivities

Mehendi ceremony

Mehendi ceremony outfits are aplenty- from maxi dresses, co-ord sets, maxi dresses, shararas, etc. However, this bride completely nailed her mehendi outfit.

Pranati’s outfit was an exciting blend between an Indian lehenga and a western dress. She wore a bright pink fusion skirt with an offbeat wrap blouse. Every aspect of her ensemble was droolworthy- be it the wrap blouse with an attached drape, the heavy polki and emerald jewellery, or the sleep maathapatti.

She kept her makeup natural and completed her traditional look with a tiny pink bindi.

The bride performed on the song ‘O Rangrez’ at the mehendi ceremony and left everyone awestruck with her graceful moves.

Ishan wore a white shirt with ochre pants, paired with a printed pink and rust bandhgala jacket.

The function also witnessed dandiya sessions where everyone danced to their hearts content.

Cocktails

The highlight of the function was a dhamakedaar performance by ace singers and music composers Salim-Sulaiman.

The bride wore a grey and silver contemporary lehenga. The ruffled blouse looked beautiful. Pranati paired her outfit with dainty diamond jewellery- a three-layered necklace, danglers, a flower-shaped ring, and diamond hair accessories. Ishan wore an embroidered ivory bandhgala jacket.

The bride and her bridesmaids were seen setting the stage on fire with their moves.

Wedding

The wedding mandap was a floating one, decorated with red flowers, large paisleys and the seating arrangement was also red and dull gold.

Pranati wore a traditional red heavily embellished lehenga with a scalloped dupatta. She paired it with delicate and elegant tiny jewellery pieces. The groom wore an ivory and gold sherwani paired with a gold safa and an emerald necklace.
